• Clinical specialist assessment for a range of needs including physical, cognitive, traumatic, degenerative, acute and chronic conditions.
• Detailed and thorough reports with client goals and clinical recommendations for equipment/ adaptations, rehabilitation, recreational activities, vocational recommendations and postural management needs.
• Intervention and rehabilitation which is goal focused and approached in a graded way to optimise functional performance and recovery.
• Joint sessions with equipment suppliers, wheelchair representatives and service providers.
• Dedicated team working and providing regular progress reports and attending meetings, carrying out joint sessions as clinically relevant.
• Regular communication and updates throughout the process.
• Cost effective and efficient working.
